Medical Education Manager

Job Description We are in search
of an Medical Education Manager to develop a strategy to maximize the
educational benefits of the faculty program for our cervical implant
product line.
Key Areas of Responsibility • Develop strategy to maximize
the educational benefits of the education program for the LDR product
line • Develop and implement education plan for each sales
area- work closely with the Area Sales Directors to identify
specific educational needs • Identify appropriate faculty surgeons
and complete the contract process within the allocated time frame •
Provide support to faculty surgeons- help with PowerPoint presentations,
slide generation, product pictures, x-ray slides, logistical
support • Identify and coordinate with local venue for educational
meeting- includes site identification, pricing with site,
menu selection when appropriate • Promote the educational event- work
with Area Sales Directors and local distributor to invite surgeons
to the event, develop invitations and drive attendance • Develop and
implement a certification process to document surgeon attendees were
trained at the event- includes form generation to document
attendance, sign and sign out procedure, feedback forms to
improve the event • Become a product expert and be available to
answer questions from the field and attend surgeries • Must be
willing to travel 50% of the time.
Requirements •
Education, Experience & Skills: •
Bachelor in Business Administration or the Sciences • Minimum
of 5 years experience as a Med Ed Manager, Clinical Support Specialist,
Product Manager or other Marketing Function.
• Experience in medical device / orthopedic industry required.
• Experience in training and education for medical sales professionals
and physicians required. • Experience in using a computer
required. Familiarity with common software programs (e.g., Word,
Excel and PowerPoint) required.

Regional Sales Manager - US

our customers.
Job Description LDR Spine seeks proven sales
representatives to join our successful organization. We will hire
Regional Sales Managers for various locations throughout the US.
Key Areas of Responsibility • Developing and executing sales projections, sales plans, marketing
strategies. • Hire,
develop and manage all sales channels (Direct or Distributor) within
assigned Region of responsibility. • Must possess creative sales
instincts, strong leadership skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
•
Must be able to successfully merge both marketing and sales initiatives
into a cohesive program. • Collaborate closely with channel partners to
identify new business opportunities, optimize existing relationships,
and grow sales to maximize profit contribution and meet sales targets.
•
Manage performance objectives for all assigned sales channels, including
forecasts by product and conduct quarterly Plan and Reviews.
• Provide
regular sales reports to the VP of US Sales. • Provide logistical and
technical support in the OR as needed. • Successfully manage Region to
agreed upon sales objectives within assigned budgets. • Interface and
cooperate with Quality Assurance in complaint investigations. • Other
duties as assigned
Education requirements
• Graduate in business
management (BA) required. • Master's in business management (BA)
desired. Experience requirements
• A minimum of 5 years sales
background in the spine/orthopedic required. • Experience in business
development required. • Experience in management (preferably sales
management) preferred • Experience in using a computer required and
familiarity with common software programs (e.g., Word, Excel and
PowerPoint) required.

Customer Service Representative II
LDR Spine, a worldwide leader in innovative spine products, has a newly created position open in the Austin, TX office for a Customer Service Representative II. This position will report to the Supervisor of Customer Service, but will interact with Distribution Services, field sales, and management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive and process customer orders.
• Make decisions concerning critical situations dealing with customer orders, product availability, shipping
errors, and returned goods. • Coordinate customer orders working closely with distribution and logistics.
• Provide non-surgery related information to external and internal customers.
• Provide support to accounting on inventory control and audits.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of departmental policies, procedures and work instructions.
• Serve as back-up for training new employees within the department.
• Serve as Customer Service systems administrative back-up.
• Serve as back-up for maintaining documentation for accountability of fixed assets.
• Research and resolve lot number discrepancies with accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining controls for accountability of fixed assets and consignment inventories.
• Assist Accounting in outside audits on as needed basis.
• Maintain department records using Excel and ERP software.
• Maintain documentation for accountability of material requisitions.
• Provide support to agents in the field with regard to loaner program, delivery tickets, pricing, and
other business matters
• Maintain customer invoice files, agent correspondence and dealer agreement files.
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 60 hours college coursework completed toward an Associate’s Degree in Business or
equivalent. • Minimum 5 years in customer service/sales support type or related environment.
• Minimum 2 years in medical device industry.
• Knowledge of customer systems, medical device industry, sales operations, customer service, and FDA
regulations strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills, particularly proficient telephone etiquette, work independently with
minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form in English.
• Intermediate personal computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Perform the basic arithmetic operations (+,-, /, x).
• Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License or equivalent.
• Demonstrate skills to handle routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously is a must.
